We only accept remaking requests for products received damaged. Requests related to change of mind, personal preference, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for remaking.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the damage.

PRODUCTION
PESTISIDDE follows the short-run production cycle. We limit our production to 25 pieces per colorway. Our artisans handcraft every piece to order. Please allow 8-10 business days for your bag to be made from scratch.
We believe that every purchase should feel special. Every piece you purchase comes with our version of a certificate of authenticity, which cites the exact edition number out of the 25-piece production that you get to own.
